  • Torch Parade during the cake cutting ceremony (applicable for outdoor or garden reception only)

*** Rental of Venue must be coordinated directly by the client to the Management Office of Coconut Palace.

Bridal Car Rental, Photo and Video coverage, Bridal and Entourage Attire, Church and Entourage Flower Arrangement, Live Entertainment, Souvenir Item, Invitations, Wedding Consultancy, Coordination and Emceeing, Audio Equipment, and other social party needs.


Terms and Conditions

  • Rate quoted is subject to 10% Service Charge and 10% EVAT
  • Rates are subject to change with prior notice
  • Should the package rate rates quoted increase before the debut day, the new rates will apply
  • Other optional items and services mentioned above must be coordinated with the Account Executive in-charge of the function at least a week prior to the actual event.
  • A non-refundable and non-transferable reservation fee of Php 10,000.00 is required and can be paid in cash, check or any acceptabke credit card.
  • A deposit of 50% of the estimated revenue will be required upon signing of the catering contract. Full payment shall be settled two (2) weeks prior to the actual event. Incidental charges incurred during the event must be settled immediately after the function in cash or credit card only. No checks will be accepted on the day of the function. Send Bill arrangement will not be honored.
  • Debut package amenities replaced or removed is not encouraged.
