**** Rental of Venue
must be coordinated directly by the client to the
Management Office of Coconut Palace.
We also provide other services with corresponding

Bridal Car Rental, Photo and Video coverage, Bridal
and Entourage Attire, Church and Entourage Flower
Arrangement, Live Entertainment, Souvenir Item,
Invitations, Wedding Consultancy, Coordination and
Emceeing, Audio Equipment, and other social party
needs.
Terms and Conditions
- Rates are subject to change with prior notice
- Other optional items and services mentioned
above must be coordinated with the Account Executive
in-charge of the function at least a week prior
to the actual event
- A non-refundable, non-consumable and non-transferable reservation
fee of Php 10,000.00 shall be paid by the client and can be paid
in cash or check (for personal check, should be under the client's account),
upon signing of this Banquet Reservation Agreement Form
- A partial payment equivalent to thirty percent (30%) of the estimated catering /
banquet bill shall be paid by the client within seven (7) days upon signing
of this Banquet Reservation Agreement Form, (exclusive of the reservation fee),
which shall coincide with the signing of a catering contract
- Another partial payment equivalent to forty percent (40%) of the estimated
catering / banquet bill shall be paid by the client not later than thirty (30) days
prior to the actual date of the event
- The remaining balance of thirty percent (30%) must then be settled by the client
not later than fifteen (15) days prior to the actual event
- Additional / incidental charges incurred during the event must be settled
immediately after the function and must be paid in cash. No checks will be accepted
on the day of the function. Send bill arrangement is not acceptable
- All payments made are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-consumable should
be there be any cancellation of booking or catering function
